I was waiting at the checkout for an employee to help a customer (who came into the store later than me) to find an item. When she came back to the till, I was asked to step aside so that this later customer could be served first. I think this is very rude. After all, I was in the store before and had been waiting in the store for quite some time. When an extensive conversation with this customer was started, I left the store after 5 minutes unjustly. Unfortunately, this is not my first time at this store, and I am starting to get the impression that the customer's skin tone determines the place in the queue. From now on I do my shopping at the Etos in the center of Ede.

Find the older lady (think owner) quite unfriendly, as if she doesn't feel like it anymore. Other staff therein against friendly.

An urgent package from UPS should have been delivered. Received mail. Also delivered according to track and route. They could not find it. Ff outside the store searched for some data, asked x more, could not find it yet. (Which, by the way, is possible) I check track and route at home and check all the data and go to the store again. Still not. Blame me and UPC and whoever. With my arms over my stomach I was told: I already said that the first x anyway. Customer is king is certainly no longer a motto ....

Cozy drugstore in the Rozenplein Shopping Center with a wide range of homeopathic remedies up to and including most drugstore items. Nice friendly people who are very helpful and bring a wealth of "EXPERIENCE". RECOMMENDED
