Shoe Sensation

Not very many options. Had to ask to use my email coupon, they didn't mention it. Next time I will order on line.

I wear cast like braces and knew it would be hard to find a pair of shoes. Lindsey asked what I was looking for and went out of her way to help me find the pair of shoes for me. I was blessed to have such an amazing young lady help me. I'll be giving them all my business from here on out.

This store in Mountain Home Arkansas has the worst customer service of any establishment in the area! The manager does not understand the concept of customer service nor does she care. I ordered shoes that took 8 weeks to arrive and purchased them at a sale price. I was told they would be in in just a couple weeks upon purchase. After 2 weeks I called and they could not give me any info on the shoes. I decided to wait and see if they would arrive and called only once a week to check. Each time I called I was told that there was no way for them to find out if they were in transit, backordered, or anything. They said they could not track them! I waited 7 1/2 weeks and went to pick up a refund because it looked like they would never arrive. Right after I received the refund the shoes came in 2 days later. I went back to pay for the shoes only to have the manager tell me she could not sell them with the coupon they originally came with! Really....a trained employee in customer relations would have said that when I received the refund! Point blank, they do not know what they are doing! I was nice enough to tell her when I received the refund that if the shoes ever did come in that I would come back and purchase them....that's when she should have let me know the price change. This store needs better employee training! I am editing this review after talking to a corporate manager who was extremely professional!!!! The corporate office for shoe sensation is picture perfect on how customer service relations should be!! Thank you corporate manager for working with your store manager and staff and providing a great business in Mountain Home Arkansas!
