Quality Inn & Suites Mountain Home North

This is a really a nice place to stay. When traveling you never really know how nice a place is going to be until you check in. The pictures you see of the rooms all look the same. This Quality Inn had rooms to our liking , King nonsmoking. for $99nincluding tax. We were given a room for the second floor, but there was no elevator. We question about getting a room on the first floor instead because there was no elevator. The manager said that it would be about $5 more and we agreed.nI am surprised that when we are considering by Choice Hotel to be Gold members that we had to pay extra. Especially on a Tuesday night when they surely were not going to be sold out and they had no elevator available.nJust my thoughts on customers service. There was a breakfast available. My wife was happy with hers under the covid situation. I am just a coffee person and I can't complain either. All in all we liked our stay.

The bathroom has a vent fan that is far from adequate. Whatever happens in the bathroom will be heard...and smelled throughout the room! Also, if you take a hot shower everything in the bathroom will be saturated with moisture for the foreseeable future. We’ve talked to the front desk to no avail.nnOur first morning here breakfast was available at 5 am, the following morning when we asked the front desk why breakfast wasn’t available (at 5 am) as it had been the day before, we were told that it wasn’t available until 6 am. I then asked if we could grab a couple cartons of milk from the cooler (which was in plain sight and was fully stocked) and was told ‘no’ because ‘rules are rules’.

Customer service was beyond five stars!nDwayne was so talkative and very welcoming for a midnight arrival! Love that!nI’ve worked as guest relations at a hotel, and I know how easy it is to just click a button and give the keys! He showed us a parking spot for our truck closer to our room! Brittany gave us a late check out for Sunday and we were able to sleep in a little longer (and with a nearly two year old that’s rare)nThe room was clean, fresh, and stocked.nWe will stay here from now on!

Very clean and updated hotel. Hotel staff is extremely kind and courteous. Will recommend this location with a 5 star rating!! Thank you for a great night's stay.

Best nights sleep i have had in a long time!!! Bed was so comfortable and the pillows are awesome!!! Great service at the desk and we ate next door at the sports bar and grill, it was great food, the shrimp are the bomb.com! 5 stars from this guy!
