Good food, good service

I normally don't give a place a bad rating. I always tip the wait staff respectfully. But we went here this evening in the recommendation of the hotel and what a mistake. We ordered our food before the place got too busy and it took almost two hours to get it. We had other people join our table right after we ordered and they received their food before us . I did not tip the waitress for when I ask her about our vegetable she made excuses. I ask for a manager and got told they had people quit today. So it sounds like a good house cleaning of personal from the top is needed. This was completely unacceptable service. I will be sure to tell everyone I know that rides a motorcycle not to patronize this establishment. I paid full price for a meal that was not all that great and the service was horrific.nCustomer service goes a long way. If the owner of this establishment would like to talk to me about my experience i would certainly entertain a conversation. Let's just see. !

Dad and I are travelers from California. Went all the wat to Florida, up to Virginia and now on our way back. Ordered steak 5 other times and this is by far my favorite. Better than Texas, Kentucky, Arizona and i can name the other 10 states. Our server! Omg her eyes. Now that i think about it i was probably hypnotized. Im moving to the area just because of this place. If your in an RV there is a curb just in front.

Food was great. Service was good and attentive as the place was busy but we were well taken care of. We are headed back again to try some new items as it is open Mondays which is rare in Mountain Home.

Usually love them. But apparently they don't listen when you place pick up orders. It's too late and too far for me to drive back to get the right food, but I mean, come on. I order basic stuff.
