BRMC will do whatever they can to take advantage of people. I have been charged twice for LABS and for Anesthesia. Received bills for LABS and Anesthesia approximately 8 weeks ago for what insurance didn't pay. I payed both bills in full and then was sent more bills last week for other items and again charged for LABS and Anesthesia again in the new bill. This is down right theft and this only scratches the surface of how I was treated by BRMC during the procedure and the billing process that has come after the procedure. I called 3 times pryor to the procedure to make sure that all my billing information was correct, so there would be no issues. They proceeded to send my bills to a completely different address and then when I contacted them to find out why I hadn't received any bills, they proceeded to tell me that I was past do on payments, only to find out that they only placed the correct address on the first part of their computer system and that it was supposed to be done on 3 different screens, but they failed to do that, therefore the bills were mailed out incorrectly. They didn't care even after admitting it was an error on their part. Now I'm having to fight them over being charged twice for LABS and Anesthesia. I can't begin to express how I truly feel about this and this is not the first time I've had issues with BRMC. It seems that they are incapable of completing any task correctly and then they do everything they can to try and blame it on the patient!! I will be seeking legal assistance and hope that somehow, someway they will take responsibility instead of advantage of people!!! You would be safer to travel 2 hours to another hospital than test your luck at BRMC's facilities. All I can say is attend at your own risk!!!

Dr. Bandy is a great doctor. I've been going to see him for about 3 months and I really think he's a great doctor. He takes the time to listen and explain. Never had to wait long to see him.

We have used Dr. Adkins for years and LOVE him but since there's this new Baxter Meds & Peds service is AWFUL!! Been waiting 3 days for a call back from his nurses. In the past we would have received a call back within hours. Hope this isn't the new norm or we'll be doctoring somewhere else. Time to step it up!!!

Had Dr. Zack as a doctor for what he said was stage 3 lung cancer. He insulted me off the bat. Mostly because I'm of Lithuanian decent. He lied to me several times. I got a second onion. I DON'T HAVE CANCER. Medicare and Medicaid should investigate this clinic.

Warning!!! If you can't pick up a family member who has covid, due to you having covid, expect them to call a cab for your family member.
