Everyone is friendly and helpful. I find that the techs are knowledgeable on Mercury Verado. At least at this time my boat seems to be fixed. I gave them a four star as, in my opinion, since I had to bring it back for a second time I felt that faster attention should have been given. Instead it took almost three weeks before it was looked at again. Plus my boat cover was not fastened properly and the poles weren't in place.

we had some boat trouble on the lake and Kevin was very helpful on trying to get us back on the water. Very friendly and very knowledgeable on our motor. We will always recommend them to anyone in the area in the future!
