Buster's Texas Style Barbecue

The food is decent. The beef ribs are super stringy and disappointing. Avoid them. The pork ribs are good. The brisket is decent. The sauces are pretty generic, but okay. The toast is hardly toasted. The slaw is not worth eating. The Turkey is usually pretty good. I'm giving three stars because at least its consistent. I've eaten Buster's food for years due to a Christmas party tradition. But if you want really good BBQ... Keep looking.

Met a buddy and had some dinner it was good food little on the pricey side but good. I payed $16 a plate. Little bit on the spendy side but it was for decent. An hour after eating went to my daughter's house and had dinner

I moved here from Texas and I was excited to have food that reminded me of home since I’ve been homesick during the pandemic. I was disappointed. In Texas it’s normal to see barbecue loaded baked potatoes and peach cobbler. I was surprised they didn’t have any. The food is bland and soulless. I wanted to cry eating it because this is not a good representation of Texas. The brisket was tough. The sausage is the wrong texture. The bbq sauce is has too much vinegar. The mac n cheese has no seasoning. The beans are too sour. And to top it all off, this decor looks like Arizona. Not Texas. But the bartender is REALLY sweet. I didn’t get her name but she’s a doll. Oh and why don’t they offer pulled brisket?!?! The most Texas of all sandwiches is a pulled bbq brisket sandwich. They only offer slices and there’s no fat on the brisket.

Terrible food. It was cold and bland. This is absolutely not the place to go for anything. The beer was also subpar. It was flat and flavorless. Another issue with Buster's is that it is outrageously expensive. I paid $20 for small servings and horrendous food. 1/5 stars.
