The hostess was very friendly and professional, and my order was ready in about 10 minutes. I ordered Sesame Beef, which was perfectly prepared crispy on the outside and tender inside. The sauce was well balanced between savoury, tangy, and spicy, with just a hint of sweetness. I also ordered the dumplings, which were easily twice the size of what most places offer. They were pan seared to perfection and the filling was delightfully flavorful. The portions were so generous I had enough for a hearty lunch the next day. All in all, it was worth the half mile trek from the TA for this out-of-shape trucker. Thank you Yu's Garden for providing such a wonderful experience.
