worst customer service ever was provided by Teller(Cassidy) today while I was paying rent. she didnt explain anything properly, Just refused to put in a note stating my name while inwas depositing Rent into My landlord's Account.

Came in today just to finish depositing into an account that I recently opened at a different branch somewhere in Vancouver but I honestly wish I came here to open the accounts in the first place! Ruben K the manager that helped me today, the customer service, way he way he fully explained the products and he runs his branch is is hands-down the best bank I've seen in a long time!

I love this bank. It's my favorite. The app is great too. Everyone is always happy and help so much.

Went in there to get the swift code . Waited like 20 min. Then the German dude that helped me seemed to have a little attitude, then literally wrote the code on a little paper with no explanation. Unprofessional .

Came to bank for small business loan,got low percent, will recommend
