Shoe Dept.

The older lady was very rude and on her phone the majority of the time me, my sister, and mother were in there. She even went as far as telling the person ahead of us in line to hold on while she finished up whatever she was doing on her phone which is uncalled for and very unprofessional. The younger girl got shoes for us and the older lady got very nasty with us saying that whatever shoes we were given we were to give them back and to quit sticking them back on the shelves because they are separated for a reason and any shoes we got from them had to be put at the register until we were finished shopping. While we were waiting in line to purchase our items she kept sending the other person working to get shoes and when the girl returned she was trying to help by neatly bagging up our shoes and the lady got irritated for whatever reason and ripped the bag out of her hand and just threw the shoes in the bag and practically threw it at us.The other girl working there was very polite and sweet, whenever we had a question she was more than happy to help and even offered to order shoes if we couldn’t find our sizes. Every summer we shop here and I have never witnessed such terrible behavior I don’t know if that lady is the manager or not but she should consider finding a job not working with the public.

The service I get from there is awesome. Good price. I get all my shoes from there.

Lady was very knowledgeable and when we couldn't find my husband's shoe in his size she ordered it online with free shipping right to our home!!!
