Purchased a refurbished 2014 golf cart in May of 2018. Stated batteries were brand new at time of purchase. Drove it a short distance a handful of times and started having issues with maintaining a charge. Contacted business to figure out issue and staff answering phone were unable to answer basic questions. Finally spoke with the owner and he was rude and offered no help on how to resolve the issue. Had to take it into a different cart shop to get service. Batteries were old 2013 and needed replaced. Not sure how they maintain customers if this is how they do business. HONESTY and customer service is definitely NOT a high priority!

I gave 1 star because there want an option for a ZERO! I tried to purchase a tag along for my golf cart. This business didn’t have the least bit of interest in my business. I waited 3 days for a return call. He then told me it would take to long to get my order, so I should just go somewhere else. I had intended to purchase other items, but I will take my business elsewhere. This place very obviously wasn’t interested in my money!
