This place is a joke had me bring my 6yr old in 3 hours before her dental surgery to sit in the freezing cold room waiting. The only thing they done during the 3hours is take her vitals when we first got back here other then thats we have sat freezing for the whole 3 hrs. Oh they just came in to tell me they are running behind so we have to wait even more. I do not recommend bringing any young child here cause there is nothing for them to do so the will get restless and aggravated

It’d be difficult to find a more unfriendly and incompetent staff. Be weary if you have a loved one who is being “cared for” here at the end of their life, they will receive inadequate care from people who are clueless on the subject of healthcare. Stay away from Savannah, the nightshift ICU nurse, who makes everything a drama and about her rather than about the patient. FOR YOUR LOVED ONE’S SAFETY, PLEASE STAY AWAY; FIND A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL.

We love this place , great people super nice .nThe doctors take time with us . It’s been a greatnAll around place to go.nHowever my wife is in surgery today . I’m a nerves wreck . In the waiting room for the doctor to come out and tell me everything is fine . Keep in mind this is the waiting room for love ones in surgery . There are 3 people in here that are not here for any thing to do with surgery at . There on laptops on a loud speaker having a meeting about contracts and funding .nnSo loud I can’t think , laughing and talking loud .nThis is not the room to have a meeting .nnFOR THE LOVE OF GOD ? .nnTotal disrespect for anyone sitting here waiting for a Loved one to get out of surgery.nThis is the lowest act of class I have ever seen in my life .

I have been hospitalized at Tipton Hospital, and care was reasonably good. However, I needed a primary care physician; and one was provided for me. He spoke softly into his computer. When I said I had hearing loss, he started yelling at me. I don't need to be yelled at. He did not give me his diagnosis although I'm trained and licensed in a medical field. He came up with a treatment but didn't discuss it with me. He just sent a prescription to CVS. When I quickly found this treatment was only increasing my physical pain and vomiting, I asked for a referral. I was told I could have that referral only after taking his medication for fourteen days. No pain meds or anything for vomiting. Do you know how physically exhausting endless pain and vomiting can be?nnHe also expressed his displeasure at my using ERs. I have also been receiving treatment at Riverview for a different issue. When the RN helping me saw what was happening, she told me to go to the ER as often as I needed. Tipton's physician couldn't give me a referral for two weeks . Riverview immediately gave me two referrals to two different specialists. The Tipton physician ignored the CTSCAN results, but Riverview used those same results to help me.nnFrom my standpoint, I believe the Tipton physician likes to watch people suffer. I did not tell the Riverview physician about rib fractures I thought I had caused in a fall, but he found them. Why did I ignore them? Because they were causing very little pain compared to the other problems I'm currently dealing with. The Riverview staff helped me.nI will never go back to Tipton Hospital again, as I will not put up with any physician that clearly likes to see me suffer. And I also told Riverview staff why I kept coming into the ER. Your Tipton physician probably.thought I was seeking drugs or attention. Then why didn't he simply give me a referral? Other staff saw the truth. Maybe he doesn't understand the imterpretation of CT SCANs. At any rate, I hope he gets to personally feel the pain that might give him a dose of empathy toward others. There is truly no need for any Tipton physician to enjoy patient.suffering. I will be eternally grateful to the Riverview RN who helped me find a solution.nnMore diagnostic work is required, but the Tipton physician could.do all his diagnostic work with oral capsules. He didn't even schedule a recheck.

Very distressing visit here for my nephew's surgery. The head nurse was so mean. I translated for my sister and was told to go upstairs with her but then was rudely reprimanded for being there. They put me into tears and escorted me out. I have asthma and it is a hot day and they wouldn't even let me wait in the waiting room because of their precious rule.
