Staff was very professional, friendly and eager to assist me in finding the correct shoe. After sizing and assessing how I walked they reviewed what they saw and made some recommendations based on the data. They brought out several brands of shoes and explained the difference. They had me try them on and walk around, even had me walk outside to be sure I had a very good idea of how they fit my feet. Great experience all around!
I cannot say enough about Fleet Feet Fit ID and my new running shoes. I hit a plateau a few weeks ago and quickly realized how much extra strain my shoes were exerting on my body. I made an appointment with FF and found the best ud83dudc5f fit and arch support for my extremely flat feet. I can already tell a difference in my stride, stamina, and pace.nnIt was easy to make an appointment for the FIT ID and the employees were extremely knowledgeable about the products.
Phillip was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail throughout the whole appointment process. He helped me find the socks, shoes & insoles that were a perfect fit for me to walk comfortably! Their measuring technology and service in general was above and beyond any other store I've been in! When walking into Feet Fleet, they were ready for business. I knew a mask was required and they asked to sanitize my hands, with a bottle of sanitizer ready. The sales associate welcomed me right away, and instructed me exactly what to do. after a few questions and measuring my foot, she brought out 3 pair of shoes that fit like a glove, Love the service. Will go back for all of my athletic shoes.
I was blown away by the experience of coming in and having my feet scanned, my walking observed, and my needs in a shoe discussed. Greg was fantastic. I was skeptical when he wanted to put me in a shoe a half size larger than what I've worn my entire adult life, but he was right on target. I have already taken my new shoes for a trial run and they were exactly what I didn't know I needed. I'll definitely be back.
