I hope me editing this will fix it; I don't know what happened,but this review was attended for a different place! This review was for Petsmart! Omg! I feel horrible about this! Please except my apology for this happening?? Pet Supplies Plus Was Terrific! Everyone there was Super Friendly & helpful!!! I don't understand how this review was mixed up. I pray this straightens it out. I can't apologize enough to Pet Supplies Plus,!!nGrooming Department was kind of rude & made me feel very uncomfortable. & No help from them at all. The actual store employee's we're very kind & helpful...

Always amazing customer service. Someone is always there to help if needed and if they don't know the answer they find someone that does.

The self grooming is a great way to wash my overly excited long haired dog. I don't have to pay $$ and him get stressed out. And I don't clog my drains at home! ud83dude05 the workers there are also very nice and helpful when finding products that fit my dogs needs

The staff is super nice and helpful. Good prices and great variety of cichlids!

I have gotten two hamster from there recently and both died within a week. They were fed, in cages with fresh bedding, had plenty of water, and toys and things to play with. There was no reason that they should have died. The store is doing something that’s causing their hamsters to die soon after purchase.
