Last night was my prom night and me and my date wanted to check out pioneer place before it started. I happened to trip and fall into a puddle of water and got my dress wet. I was able to find a ranger who lead me to Francescas. The wonderful assistant manger came through and pulled out a steamer to help dry out my dress. An absolute life savior and such a cute store. 5/5 god bless
I love shopping at Francesca's! Their shop feels like a boutique with lots of beautiful clothing and accessories. The staff have always been the most friendly and fun people! I really enjoy every experience here!

I was totally blown away by the service here! I went in while on a visit to downtown PDX, looking for a dress of theirs that I thought would be good for my rehearsal dinner. The employee working at the time (I think her name was Jennifer?) could tell I was looking for something, and when I told her she went and found the last one they had, which was stashed away in the back waiting to go on clearance. When it wasn't my size, without me even having to ask she called all around to other stores to find one in my size (since the style was no longer available to order online), found another store that had just one in stock, and had it shipped to my local store for me to try on in person.nnShe (and the staff at my local store who helped out with this) went totally above and beyond, when I'd already given up on finding what I wanted. I can't say enough good things about this team and will be back whenever I need anything.
My daughter and I visited this store last night looking for a homecoming dress. The two sales associates were extremely helpful, kind, and personable. We found tons of low cost, high quality, great style dress options. Huge thanks!
