Good sales since prices seem a bit higher
Very helpful sales women.
We had to wait before entering and wear a mask. The store was stocked and the associates were friendly.
Last time I ever shop at this location. Before deciding to have my order shipped to the store for free, I called ahead to check if I need to pay to park. They told me no, so I came to pick up my order and did some shopping. I must have tried on a third of the items in the store. Took a seriously long time because all of the associates were circled up chatting at the front counter the whole time. No way did they ever check on me during my shopping trip. Not while I was browsing or while in the fitting room. When I asked to be let into my room to try things on, I had to stand there a while for them to finish their conversation before I was let in. I had to ask 3 times for my order in the back (the whole reason I came on a busy Saturday in the first place) before they followed through. Good times! Except I didn’t learn until checkout that they gave me false information over the phone about parking. I now have to pay for multiple hours of parking!!!! I would have been in and out very quickly if I had this information up front. Next time, I’m shipping to literally any other location. Downtown is a disaster anyways! Terrible location. Ick.
As always I LOVE this store! It was my first time in this location but they have never failed me at any location I've gone too. The ladies working where very helpful. Asked if I was looking for anything and when I told her what I was looking for she looked to see if anyone had returned it to a location near me. Sadly they didn't and were sold out online. But I still needed to look around as I was hunting for a new outfit. Mostly pants that fit right and thankfully I found a pair of pants that fit amazingly with the help of the associate that was working!!
