This place is great. It's a small shop so I was not sure I was going to find a pair of shoes that I would like, and I found several. They've got something for everyone. Super friendly, super helpful, great shoes, everyone should go zero drop
Nice people, not helpful
I visited this shop hoping to find some sustainable and ethically made shoes. I looked at the tags of every shoe on display and 90% were made in China. The remainder were made in Vietnam. These are overpriced European brands that outsource their labor in Asia. They cater to Portland snobs that don’t know better with greenwashing tactics like making soles out of cork board lol. The sales staff were also awkward and cold and the store itself is tiny.nnMy advice: checkout the shoe brand Etiko. They have a distributor in Canada that ships over the border fast and cheap. They sell vegan sneakers made with GOTS certified organic cotton canvas, vegetable rubber, and recycled nylon laces. Their company rating on GoodOnYou.eco is ‘Great’
My acupuncturist, Allyndreth from White Phoenix suggested Correct Toes and shoes from Pie Footwear. I have been wearing both for two years now and haven't had any foot pain since. Two years ago I could barely walk from plantar fasciitis and my bunions, even after many shots of Cortisone in my feet, I was still limping and in pain. ALL THE THANKS TO ALLYNDRETH AND PIE FOOTWEAR, I can walk pain free and even go on hikes now!! Thanks for giving me my life back!!!
Pie Footwear has all the brands of shoes I like. Great if you are looking for minimal or vegan options. I primarily wear my Luna sandles and Vivobarefoot shoes and boots.nnI have shopped here for years and have always had friendly and helpful service.
