Love, love, love! Beautiful curated selection of quality shoes, we wonderful service. If you value your hard earned dollars and don't buy disposable fashion, but instead prefer your shoes to last for years, Imelda's and Louie's is worth a trip.

Was told to buy shoes and try them out at home for a week but wasn't told the no money back return policy. Manager did not make it right even though employee admitted she forgot to make certain I knew the store policy. I wear an 11/12/43 so I don't have a lot of options picking out a way to spend a $250 credit. I am so disappointed and as a result would not recommend this store. Can't compete with online retailers if you are so uptight with your policy but don't tell customers about it at the point of sale!

Wonderful & very friendly atmosphere!

Beautiful shoes, awesome personalised service. They stock a selection of stylish, comfortable, high quality pieces. The store assistant, Nicolas, was perhaps the best shoe salesperson I have ever met. He knew the stock intimately, gave great, insightful advice on fit. With a boot 'investment', knowing what at stake, he offered for me to stay in touch in case it didn't quite work - and when I came back for the exchange, made sure I walked away with exactly what I was happy with. Even going as far as polishing the boots I eventually settled on! Thank you, Nicolas and Imelda's! I'll definitely be back for more!
