Called 3 days for hours to schedule MRI, on hold for hours, left messages, can’t reach to anybody, nobody is calling back. Great job CEO, on terrible communication system. It’s not one time experience, it’s always, always like this. You need appointment, labs or test , will wait for hours, listening to recording how great they are. In reality nobody, nobody cares.
