Do not go here, the CEO doesn’t want to help people get better. He just wants your money, and destroy peoples credit.nnIf you have good insurance, then yes, I would recommend this place. The staff are friendly, and you can gain a lot of great insight.nnIf you don’t have insurance, I would avoid this place if you can. I’m in a lot of debt because of this place.

Sickens me and I will definitely pursue a better knowledge of understanding to higher Indiana officials regarding the lack of rehab facilities available to INDIANA RESIDENTS ON HIP INSURANCE. And you wonder why there are so many deaths and overdoses? Spent hours on the phone after my son FINALLY asked for help (You say THEY have to want it) searching for a place to help him. Was referred to Sycamore Springs. They assessed my son over the phone and said to bring him down.we were relieved. Packed up. Its an hour and a half drive. We waited 2 hours and within 10 minutes of assessment were told they could not admit him. Denied treatment to a guy whos been useing for 10 years. Brought him home and dont know what to do. Why did you tell us to come. The same questions were asked on the phone.Pathetic.

My family was told that my brother would receive the care and treatment that he needs. Upon his severe detox, he was sent to the hospital (which is apparently part of the procedure to receive specific treatment), upon release of his detox, he then was refused the treatment he sought out to receive (from as he was a “liability”). This facility was thousands of dollars just to send a family member to the hospital only then to be tuned away. My brother never received the proper “treatment” (therapy/group counseling) that was promised him, therefore, we were robbed of money. Don’t waste you time or money on this place.

Listen I've been in and out of hospitals my whole life . This place is a profit over care facility .they also push meds on people and don't explain the possible side effects. I went in and was helping the patients with information that was being held back from them . So the next day I was asked to leave . Yes they are keeping younger people and older people without letting them know any information. This is all about money and they do have some people that work there who care but if they were to speak up they would be terminated . This hospital needs to be looked at on a federal and state level. They also bought alpine clinic and now it's went from a 4.8 rating to a 2.2 and lowering everyday. They are now taking me off my meds of 23 years and tell me I will be okay . I am pursuing attorneys and ask anyone who has had problems with either facility to also seek counsil. They milk your insurance and get you thinking to stay longer and they make more money . This is borderline torture and they know how to keep patients quiet .it's time for them to reap what they have sowen in a court of law .

I had heard really good things about this place but I called them today trying to get my granddaughter inpatient as she overdose this afternoon. I called spoke to a gentleman and then was hung up on. I proceeded to call four more times and each time I was hung up on.nThis is really bad and whom ever I spoke with. Needs fired.
