Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Everything was perfect! Didn’t have to wait on anything and was surprised since it was during the coronavirus pandemic. Waitress was very knowledgeable. The food was not cold and over all delicious!

10-24-2020 @ 5:23 PM We waited 30 minutes for a table in which I understand and have no problem with. However each time we get a table on the interstate 65 side of the dining room we get terrible service. Once served it was a good experience. But we were seated 30 minutes before a server ask if we have been helped. She noticed three other customers who come in behind us we seated and eating.

Limited menu so I couldn't get my favorite but what I did order was delicious.

One bad apple does not a whole bunch spoil. After we had been seated, our assigned server walked past us SIX times to wait on other tables. We got the attention of a hostess, who assigned us a different server. Ian stepped up to the plate and was ready to work. His service was amazing and the food, as always, was spot on. We called an audible and scored!

Car side pickup ordered at 5:00pm, said order would be ready at 5:50, signed in at 5:50 and called at 5:55 said order was ready and bringing it out, sat and watched 6 cars get their food. Its now 6:08and still have yet to get my food. Don't tip until you see what quality of service you are getting!!!
