I gave FMB five stars because everyone is entitled to oversight.nnI had business I needed to tend to inside but was not allowed to because I arrived before 10:00am on a Saturday and I am not yet 65 years of age. I was told I am welcome after 10:00am.nnThis information is not available when looking up banking hours on their website, information that definitely should be available.nnI hope their website is updated soon. Time is precious. Had I known I could not enter before 10:00am I would have rearranged my schedule to accommodate FMB hours.nnOtherwise, most personal are friendly and the service is average to slightly above average.nnIt was requested by my friend that I comment on the overdraft fees in which she paid for her elderly father...they were outrageous.
