Chase Bank

I’ve been with Chase Bank for a few years now & I’ve never gave them a problem to not want to work with my husband & I. Never knew I’d be making a bad review until today,my husband & I has been faithfully putting money into our account even when we over-drafted due to needing food during COVID,the woman I spoke today at 11am did not give a single care in the world about us needing to overdraft one time today until my husband get paid this Friday which is in 3 days!! It blows my mindnI’m thinking about going to another bank that will actually work with us during times like this because what if he wasn’t an essential worker? We’d starve.

Great service. They are doing the best they can since they closed the chase on teal road. Well treated at this branch.

The waiting line is ridiculous. Not enough employees working. The parking line is horrible. There’s potholes everywhere.

I like banking with Chase but since they got rid of their Teal Road location it has been horrible. There is only one ATM at this location and you now have to wait in line for 5+ minutes. I understand closing a location but if you're going to do that you need to equip another ATM at the location that is going to be taking the bulk of that business.

Branch opens at 9 AM but more often than not you have wait past that for them to open the doors. Tellers are never ready at opening. Asks for ID to deposit money into your account. I never heard of a branch that it is so hard for you to GIVE them money! Most of the times they want you to use the ATM for transactions rather than going to a teller. I am not sure what the purpose of having a branch is then.nThere are some positives. I will say that the staff is very polite and friendly. The downside to that is they pour it on a little too much and it comes off very fake. There are ways to be great in customer service without being fake.
