Old National Bank

I am adding a couple of stars to my earlier review. Since the original setting up of account I have had a much better experience with Old National. The female teller at the 101 Main office is super sweet and helpful. And my dog is welcome in the building. I’m considering moving other accounts to Old National.nnOriginal review:nSetting up on-line access has been painful. As treasurer of a local organization it has taken me numerous visits to a branch and multiple attempts to complete the on-line application. They had initially failed to enter enter my SSN in their system, then entered it incorrectly. Now that has been corrected and I've successfully completed the on-line application - a pop-up tells me I have to wait an undefined period for my application to be reviewed! When I have had to go to their office some of the staff seem put out to have to interact with customers.

Employers are great Services aren't the best.
