He goes above more than knowing just your face and name, he gets to know you more (personally I think that's great customer/ guest/ client service)! He's always willing to help you and find a solution that fits your situation and not just one that works for everyone else. Seriously hands down one of the best people I've had the pleasure doing business with. I'll continue to refer people his way without hesitation.
