We wanted a company that seemed to care about you as a person not just a number. That's the experience we've received so far. You wouldn't know we had a well if we didn't tell you.
Did a fantastic job! Our water was very hard, but luckily didn't have any iron. It's soft now.
I went at 4:15 on Friday to exchange water bottles and they were closed. The website says they are open until 5pm, a sign by the door gives winter hours saying they now close at 4pm. It would be nice if they would also update their website. I don't live in Angola, so it's out of the way for me. I'll now find somewhere else to do business.
We have been using DuMor Water Specialists for many years, They manage our water softener, reverse osmosis system, and deionized water system. The service has always been very good. I would recommend their service.
