I highly recommend Dry Dock. In sales I worked with Nate and he was fantastic. He insured the entire purchase process went smoothly. He follow up was outstanding. Then the service department addressed a tweak to the engine which made a huge difference in performance. I highly recommend Dry Dock and their team of employees.
I purchased a used Hewitt lift and brought it to Dry Dock, as they are the local Hewitt dealer, for initial setup and install. They got it in the water quick and the summer was off to a great start! I ended up having some issues with the lift and the Dry Dock team was prompt in getting out to take care of it. After some back and forth on the lift, we finally got the issues taken care of and I can't thank them enough for the great customer service they provided.nnThank you for all the help!
