I like Rapid Rental so much, I rent equipment from other places through them! You can count on Matt to take care of your needs
Matt is great to work with. My truck broke down and he was very helpful and understanding. Came and got the equipment for me. Also has stuff that no rental place in the area has.
Rented a T650 with grapple attachment for the weekend. This ran almost $700. When it was delivered, the hydraulic hose had been smashed and was slowly leaking fluid. Therefore I babied it and even tied the hose out of the way, like it always should be. The hose ended bursting anyway which cut my work time short. There was no reimbursement for the shortened time and Matt even had the nerve to complain that it wasn't cleaned before they picked it up. For starters, it was a mess when it was delivered. Secondly, if you're charging that much money for faulty equipment, why should I have to clean it up better than how I got it? I got it with the cup holder literally half full of debris and there was debris all over the inside.
These guys are amazing! I needed a lift for work on a Thursday evening 1/2 hour before they closed. Not only did they deliver; they were amazingly friendly about doing it. 45mins later; my lift showed up and I was able to get my work done same day! I know it’s off season; so it may not be this fast in the summer; but it speaks to the great customer service! Thanks guys for all you do!!!
It is very quick and easy no Hassel just in and out and you have the equipment you need for any size job
