I was in the ER tonight with some abdominal pain. From the moment I walked through that door they were right there. They were the most supporting and caring people. I confided in the Dr. and they didn't judge me and treated like normal patient. They always made sure i was comfortable. Thank you for your services

Great experience with the Cameron retail pharmacy. The staff is warm and inviting, and they made transferring and filling prescriptions easy! I would highly recommend them.

I recently had an outpatient Lab visit at Cameron Hospital. The process from the Information Desk staff to the Lab staff, my experience was fantastic. The staff were friendly, and I had minimal waiting time. I highly recommend Cameron Hospital Lab.

Dr, nurses, staff overall was wonderful durring sugery and before. Hospital was clean and easy to navigate. However and its a big however billing is a nightmare. Despite the fact you check in at every visit and at every station.nnBilling does not use the parkview portal. Your bill will not be posted it will be mailed. Billing will not have your correct information from registration, they dont uses the parkview portal system where its logged. They sent my bill to the house I lived in when I was born. They use an old system apparently and that information was still stored there from 30 years ago.nnThen everytime they gave me a bill it was a different amount. Get the itemized bill. I originally asked for one but was not sent one. I went in person to get this bill, and to pay. Take down names and times you'll need it.nnThey also sent the wrong information to the parkview radiology company they use. So the radiologist couldnt independently bill me. After dealing with the hospital and paying. Making sure its all paid. Took about a week from getting my bill.Nothing was said about companies they contract out to. My $30 radiology bill went to collections.the company had no way to contact me, the hospital gave them no correct information. That is how I found out they contract out services.nnOverall it was fine for surgery. Only one nurse should rethink her career. Dealing with billing was not worth it. I should have stuck with parkview reginal.

This hospital has to be the best small community hospital I’ve ever experienced! My Dad just had a full knee replacement surgery here with Dr. Rosen. He and his staff treated my father so well. I can’t imagine better treatment anywhere at any hospital. In addition I accompanied him for physical therapy and the staff and facility took care of his needs so well. He also needed a CT scan and again top notch service in every way. The cafeteria food is so good you won’t believe it is hospital food. He needed help out of and into the car using hospital wheelchairs and again the staff showed up quickly with a smile and kind words and were well trained.
