Dining in has always been a great experience. The staff are great. The managers are great. The food is always good. Dining out could use a lot of improvement. I always end up waiting at least 10 minutes past when the order should be done. And about half of the times I have ordered over the phone or online, the order isn't correct. BUT mistakes are corrected swiftly. ***I'm updating this to say that when major mistakes are made, they offer to replace the errors with the correct items or give you a credit for the screwed up items to use at a later time, but they don't offer anything for your trouble. Half of my order was missing and the other half was incorrect. I appreciate the offer to replace what was missing and incorrect BUT it's so inconvenient and irritating. I wish their staff would double check the orders before giving them out. Just be aware that if you want your order on time and you want it to be correct, don't order online or over the phone.

Our food was very delicious. Friendly service. Drink was good as well.

Boneless wings were Amazing,cooked just right. Our server was spot on,very polite, and professional, and very attentive. T Y

Service was slow..., for a not to crowded place. However, this was my first time in bww, typical sports bar with larger seating capacity. Wings were delishious. Pricy but worth it. I like that you can order as an individual or share at no additional cost. That is beneficial especially with children. 4 star because service was subpar i think over an hour post order is a huge stretch for good service.

We was at auburn Indiana bww..one of the worst service i have experienced in very long time...sat there over a hr. No food..waiter was absolutely bad..will not go back there
