First thing I noticed was the smell. It was awful. Place wasn't very well kept. Should have known this when I pulled up in the parking lot. Don't think I will be returning to this establishment anytime soon.
My go to place! The new reptile section is AMAZING. My son is hooked!
I have been a customer of theirs since their first location in Knox. I just got a puppy today! I have a dog I got from them a year ago January during the winter vortex! We love going there. Very kind animal lovers!
Love this place sue is a very sweet lady and the staff she has there helping her are very nice. I wish i could give her more then 5 stars cuz she deserves it. Thanks jennifer
They have a sign stating no pictures or videos allowed. It's obvious why. Filthy with an ammonia urine smell so bad it burns your nose.
