One of the most responsible COVID-19 pet stores. The staff makes me feel as if they not only care about my dogs but also me as a healthy pet owner. That being said, thank you for placing a sanitation station at the front door. I stopped by the Mud Bay on Glisan street in Portland this evening for some help and the lady named Kristen was so sweet and helpful. My dog just had a tooth pulled at the dentist unexpectedly and I was so stressed to find her soft food that she’d eat. She gave me free cans of food to try and took so much time with me showing me different options. I ended up leaving with a bunch of samples to try since my dog is super picky. I can’t thank you and your amazing staff member enough, you made a truly stressful situation way better for me! I will for sure be back soon!

As a new dog owner, I struggle with some things. One of those being how to put on and adjust a chest harness. I went to Mud Bay to buy a harness and get some help with putting it on and adjusting it. They were so friendly and non judgemental about my struggles. They set me up with some training treats and gave me some much needed advice. They have awesome employees!!

The customer service is great and they offer an excellent variety of pet supplies!
