Monterrey Mexican Bar & Grill

I reserved the party room at Monterey for a surprise birthday party on Saturday November 7, 2020. The experience was amazing! The staff went above and beyond my and my family's expectations! The food was incredible! We were so awe struck by the staff and experience that we even stayed and offered to clean!nnWe will most certainly be back!

So far the best Mexican place I have discovered in the area. Have been a repeat customer many times over the past few years, and every time I try a different Mexican restaurant, it fails in comparison to Monterrey.nnThe food is delicious. The service is fast. The drinks are cheap. The only negative experience that I can think of is that on one occasion the waiter asked us if we wanted guacamole with our order, and we said 'yes,' not knowing it would be table side guacamole.nnThat table side guacamole cost more than our entrees...

Excellent portion of food also delicious. The chips and salsa are the added bonus. The drink selection is awesome, all the house drinks taste great at a reasonable price.

Terribly disappointed. Food and drinks were wrong. Waitress never asked how things were. Didn't listen to order and didn't clarify specifics. Never got beans or lemonade that we paid for. Nachos were wrong but she cut my husband off while he was ordering. We had to ask for our check. Another waitress went to get it and bring it out. Cashier asked how things were we said not really good. She didn't ask what was wrong. Bad service!
