This branch has thee worst customer service ever! They refused to notarize a document for security discretion which is an inconvenience to the customer in which i believed to be just as important! I've ordered 2 new debit cards since Covid hit, no new card. They're pretty much useless at this point. Flagstar needs to close or go back to wells fargo! Thunbs down for western branch very bad service. They just lost a customer.

This is for flagstar in general, nothing to do with the western branch.nIt has been one nightmare switching from Wells Fargo to flagstar. Can’t get through their lines, have to wait 3 hours to get anyone and then they still can’t help you. Can’t even get access to my account at all besides going to the atm to windraw.
If I Could Give This Bank 0 Stars I Would . Not Able To Acess Anything About My Account Only If I Go To The ATM, Hours Of Wait Time For Customer Service, Everything Just Been Hell! Looking For A New Bank Currently
Besides the mega scandal going down on the west coast (if you're smart you know what I'm talking about) the service here is AMAZING! Everyone at this location is kind and treats you like family!
