Wife went there, has a medical condition so can’t wear mask, the guy inside didn’t have one as well, than she walks in and is told she can’t be in there because it’s “policy” yet they didn’t care when their “friend” wasn’t wearing one! They were rude and very disgusting! She walked away. Now we see why they are going out of business! She was the only costumer in there! And they still wouldn’t let her!! But it was the rudeness and the two face of it all.

Bought a black dress shoe for an important interview that I have. I tried them on, they went and put the shoes back and the box and went in the back real quick. Came back and rung it up. Long story short, I went to my interview, opened the box and one shoe was black and one shoe was brown. How do you even pull that off?

They treat you like trash if you try on a shoe and don't buy it. I almost found it laughable.

Bought a pair of Aldo shoes a couple months back, happened to be a defective pair, I went into this store expecting the worse but to my suprise the young customer service representative went well and beyond his duties to accommodate my problem. His name is Devin ( I hope I spelled it right). I have a renewed sense of loyalty for Aldo products. Great product, above all else great customer service.
