Shoe Dept. Encore

Bought a pair of running shoes instore. (They only let you try on one shoe before you buy it, and pull the other from the back) The following morning I find out the size they put in the box is wrong. I return and they say I can wait 2 weeks OR get a refund. Five days later, I'm still waiting on my refund. Don't shop here.

They always have something I want at a great price! Wonderful staff no matter how much pressure and rushed they are! My go to shoe store

Better than Payless.

Decent variety of shoes...they also have purses, socks and a few other accessories. There were 4 employees at the front when we first entered, when we we ready to check out there was a line at the counter and NO employee in sight, after 4 or 5 mins a guy appeared from the back and got behind the register. Would've been nice if he had some help to get the line down.

Good prices and selection of shoes! Helpful and honest employees. I inadvertently left a bag of merchandise from another store with the receipt in the bag. They could have easily returned the merchandise for cash, instead they called me and told me they would hold it for me until the next day. Good people!
