Beacon Granger Hospital

In true 2020 spirit, I’ve had two of my kids at this ER in the past few months. Each time, the staff/nurses/doctors were incredibly accommodating, compassionate, and efficient. This last time, the security guard really went above and beyond. My daughter was in great pain with two broken bones, and started to feel sick during check-in. While I was signing papers, the security guard held her blanket wrapped around her AND held her vomit bag while she got sick. He spoke so sweet to her, and even asked her consent before holding any items or touching her. His gentle nature really helped calm my nerves as well. We are so fortunate to have this option so close for emergency care.

My experience was wonderful. Was seen five minutes after arriving at the ER. The ER doctor, Dr. studtman I believe was his name was fantastic. Very caring and very concerned. I was admitted after spending five hours in the ER during which I had many tests. My doctor was Dr. Michelle Thompson . She was kind caring and very thorough. I felt very at ease in her care. I spent four days there and was treated like royalty . The nurses, nurses assistants, Respiratory therapists and everyone else I came in contact with gave excellent care and we're kind and courteous. I would go there again in a heartbeat. .

Facility is beautiful, both ER & hospital rooms. In many ways, it felt more like staying in a hotel than a hospital. Lots of room for visitors, including pull out sofa bed.nCare was excellent and very efficient. ER doctor was very attentive and thorough. ER & hospital nurses were caring and very responsive. Transition from ER to in-patient was smooth and quick. There was no waiting for discharge - it was only about 30 between talking to the doc and heading out the door.

Waited for at least 2 hours and still didn’t even get to see a doctor.

Clean, friendly, compassionate, thorough without over-testing... with 3 active boys I’m sure we will be back ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f
