My experience with the Koala Center has been nothing but great! They genuinely care about their patients and take their time listening to whatever you have to say . I highly recommend coming here! :)

Dr. Truelove is shady. If i could give him zero stars would. I Caught him in a couple of lies. He wasn't upfront about the $195 he made us pay. Didn't say anything about it till the very end of our appointment, when his website says free consultation. Also he said there is no doctor with in a 100 miles that is in network with my insurance...I found one the next day very easily. He acts like he cares and that he's charging you way less then anyone else. I don't know anyone that has 10 thousand dollars to throw around. I've done my research in the last couple of days. The average appliance costs roughly $2000, not $5200. He tells you that it's $4000 and he only charges 20% more, which makes it $5200. He makes it seem that he's saving you money by only charging you 20%. It's more like 50% up charge. Sorry this review is so long. I just want everyone to know the truth before they get scammed. Do your research, call around. You will find a doctor with in 100 miles of here that is in network with your insurance.

Thank you Dr. Truelove! YOU answered the phone!!! Although you were not able to assist in personally helping me today, you were a world of information. My daughter has been referred for a sleep study and you educated me on the process and based on the information I gave , you directed me to the appropriate neurologist. If it is determined the problem is dental/TMJ related, we'll be on your doorstep. And who knows this Florida family may be scheduling an appointment for my husband as well to assist in a dental appliance. Thanks!

Dr Truelove has passion for his work and it really shows in the way he cares for his patients. He is very knowledgeable and he takes his time to make sure you understand what he is doing every step of the way. The staff at Koala Center are caring as well. I would recommend Koala Center for anyone that is having TMJ problems or sleep disorders, Dr Truelove will take the time to find a resolution. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Truelove is an excellent Dentist who sub-specializes in TMD & sleep disorders. He is very compassionate and really, truly cares about helping each of his patients. How rare to have all these excellent qualities in one Doctor. Do not hesitate to set an appointment with Dr. Truelove.
