Buffalo Wild Wings

We actually had an exceptional experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was great and the service was great. This restaurant is laid out so well that it's designed almost perfectly for use during the pandemic. We came before a high school football game on a Friday and and had no issues getting a table to 5:30. Parking lot is kind of oddly laid out, but lots of parking in the rear that isn't very visible from the road. This looks like it would be a fun bar to come to for a game also based on the bar layout.

Manager is poor with customer service, leaves Bar area with one person and it's packed 6-830pm. Took a Long time to get food. Server was Good upbeat and positive!

If I could give less than 1 star I would but the rating system doesn't allow it, we ordered about $50 worth of food and went to pick it up, got home the 20 bone out consisted of about 8 descent ones and 12 little ones about the size of a thumbnail and the fries were ice cold as well as there was no sauce as we asked for it on the side for the 20 bone in and 20 bone out so I called and was on the phone for about a half hour and then spoke to a manager who agreed to make everything over if we bring the food back so my wife took it back and got the new food and guess what...they put 2 orders of fries and 20 boneless but didn't give us our bone in so she took it all back in to demand our money back....WOW!!! Update: when my wife got there to take the food back and get a refund, the hostess(who was very polite during every encounter) went back to tell the manager and he ran the refund where he was and never even had the descensey to come out and apologize for the inconvenience of the whole thing, especially our traveling back and forth 3 times!!! Very sad!!!

We spent almost $40 my fiances 15 wings being most of the price. He ordered 15 wings 10 as buffalo and 5 as spicy garlic. His 10 wings have no sauce on them at all. As well our fries were cold. I'm only giving 2 stars because my food was fine but its a trek and a treat for us to go there and now we probably will never go again now.nnEdit: we called about our problem and they made us new wings. They were very nice about it even though it was busy.

The wing sauce tasted a little off. The service was alright but the fries were pretty overcooked. Also when I sat at my table it was a little sticky. Not sticky as in still drying from the cleaning, sticky like something didn't get cleaned all the way off. The table was dry, just had some sticky spots.
