The reason my hacienda dining experience was so awful is the menus. Or should I say lack of them. There are no menus. None. Not even paper menus. The menu is a virtual menu accessed through a QC code on a smart phone. I do not have that app downloaded on my phone. I tried to download it, while everyone else at the table had already perused the menu on their phones, but was unable to download due to the age and capability of my phone. Not everyone has unlimited megabytes. My niece handed me her phone and I was relieved thinking I'll look real quick and order, but that was not the case at all. The menu is chopped up by category and when you click on a category, then you scroll through pictures of each and every entree. I dont need pictures, I need to read the menu at a glance and see all that is offered by looking at a page or two. Everyone was by far ready to order so I just ordered the special, which wasn't very special, just cheap. Which is what my experience was. Cheap. I've always been a fan of the margaritas but every Mexican restaurant has margaritas.

Great place to eat I loved my borrito and the chips were great. However the Salsa was by far some of favorite salsa ever. Apparently their ranch is amazing too.

It is unfortunate that this landmark has not kept up with the times. MANY other good choices in the area but their menu is languishing. Staff is great, efficient and friendly, but they need to DRAMATICALLY improve the menu and try some new ideas.

It's fine, but don't go here if you're looking for anything close to authentic. They serve sandwiches and burgers if you're going with anyone who doesn't like Mexican food and the salsa reminds me a bit of ketchup. The food is good, service was OK. Generally pretty packed. If all of that sounds up your alley, then it's perfect! However if you're a foodie, I wouldn't listen to the local hype; find another place.

Salsa was the worst I ever had, it tasted like frozen tomato paste with jalapeno seeds in it. I was supposed to get pico de gallo on my burrito and all I received were eight diced tomato pieces. I would gladly take taco Bell over this place.
