I've had nothing but good experiences with UFCU. I was given great care when opening my small business account. I'm feeling inspired to write this because I was given a 1 time exemption on a small fee that I unwittingly incurred. $4 won't make or break me but what was important was the personal care and time spent to figure out a small technicality for a patron. My oldest daughter also went there to open her first personal account. I felt like the gentleman that helped her was exceptionally informative. Specifically the one one across from Walmart on M-51.
Totally rude and unprofessional. Almost nonhuman. She acted like I owed her personally when I’ve been a loyal, never late customer since 6/27/2015 Repoed my car after 3 years for 2 months behind But not even because I made a $30 and $50 dollar payment. Awaiting back surgery and disability at age 36 I called them in June to explain my situation. I was reassured I wouldn’t get my car taken away until about 5 or 6 months behind. Now it will cost me 1,300.00 to get back my car that I’m 510.00 behind on.
I really love banking with UFCU. My only complaint is their loan qualifications are a bit stringent.
