1st Source Bank

I’ve banked with 1st Source for over twenty years. Over the past half dozen months or so, I’ve grown extremely dissatisfied with 1st source. Their customer service has gotten way less friendly and convenient. I’ve been waiting to hear bank from my location for over two weeks now. On top of that, I feel they have dropped the ball when it comes to handling the COVID-19 pandemic. I’ve seen a few of their policies in place and I do not feel like they do the best they can to ensure the safety of the guests coming and going from the bank. It’s unfortunate, but I will be switching banks when the pandemic clears. I would no longer recommend banking with 1st Source Bank.

A joint brokerage account was closed with no valid reason provided, after the 1st Source agent had selected the account type and it had been in use successfully for over two years. Received a check today by mail for the full account balance and will not ever return to 1st Source.

Account all locked up Sunday morning. Can not contact anyone. Website banking not working, app banking not working, phone service banking not working. What a joke.
