Chase Bank

Overdraft fees are just high enough to keep you poor. Why, when people are so poor that they have less than nothing would you take even more? I've been strongly considering getting an account somewhere else

Customer service lately has not been their strong suit. They close two hours early now and only allow appointments. As if their business hours were short enough before now nobody who needs to go to the bank can do so without great inconvenience to them.

I have been through Chase Bank for many years and have never had any problems with them. Every location I have been to has always helped me with whatever I needed. I can say when living in Elkhart, IN their were many locations to choose from but in Mishawaka, IN there isn't but 1 on Main Street. We need more locations here.

Limited hours restriced entry, apt only. Not responsive to business needs. Cost $$$ due to lack of communication. Tone is one of defeat and defense instead of a streach to win in spite of conditions.

Beware rude staff, refused to let me come in to branch to open account, asking why I need my money, why I need to close account that is personal info. Hateful behavior and staff do not recommend to use this location.
