Are you open during Covid? I'm flying in from Seattle and need to discuss my auto loan with someone. Great service last time I was there 2 years ago!

Nobody cares, nobody does anything, and their systems are always breaking. Go somewhere else.

My husband and I began banking at the Mishawaka location when we moved here in 2011. We have several accounts and at times we have needed to sit with a banker for advice and assistance. The staff at the bank is amazingly awesome. They are courteous, detailed, professionally friendly, and genuinely grateful for customers. Have there been mistakes over the years? ...Yes...mine and theirs. That's when customer service can be evaluated. When I have made mistakes, they have been exceeding gracious to help me, without embarrassment, and when they have made a mistake (very rare), they correct it, in the moment, to my favor. They are not convenient to where I live, but I do not mind the drive for the great personal service and care we receive. They have become my banking family and we appreciate all they do to make it a great place to do business. Thank you to all the 5/3 team in Mishawaka!

I had an issue with using the mobile deposit option, which i don't recommend. I went into the branch and was so lucky to be helped by Brenda Roop. She explained the process and made everything better for our family. She's a true asset to this Bank.

This is the slowest bank on the planet, last minute direct deposit. They raise prices and don't inform they're customers. Better off with a credit union
