Started out they were out of mushrooms. Then they wouldn't put half a basket of fries and tater tots together for a full basket price. Both were 2.99 or 4.99 for full. Then our boneless mild wings were blahs, no flavor. Very watery liquid at bottom of the basket. They were just warm at best also. Usually don't complain too much but too many problems for a not so cheap place...nWanted to add the waitress was very apologetic and kind. Never had anything bad in the past as well... Hat's off to Wings Etc. for replying. Very courteous!

Used to love this place, the food, and how it was ran. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and now I am officially DONE with this location FOREVER! I also would of never thought I would leave such a scathing review for a place I once viewed as my second home. But the last three carry-outs have been MAJORILY SCREWED UP with missing ordered items or wrong sauces, wrong amounts of items, or just wrong items all together. I fully except that I did not call to complain the first couple times because I believed it was just a common mistake and that I just so happened to catch it twice in a row...BUT A third time in a three week period, in a row, is completely unacceptable! Whoever you PAY TO LOOK AT A RECEIPT AND VERIFY ITEMS NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED!! I have never seen such blithering incompetence in my LIFE for such a simple task. I am in management and would be embarrassed to employ a complete half wit who has no ability to match items, shapes, or colors based upon A WRITTEN RECEIPT IN THEIR FACE!

A horrible experience, we ordered carry out. When we got home we found the hamburger grease had leaked out over everything else. The bag was dripping with grease. The wings had no sauce at all. The receipt cleary said mild sauce. I like garlic but my burger and the tator tots had so much i couldn't taste anything else. I will never go back to this particular location. Ireland and Ironwood South Bend, Indiana. YUCK!!

Check your carry out before you leave,got shorted on food 3 times now. Was told they would send coupons but never got them,last time I was told I'd get a refund but haven't gotten that either
