If it is something they do not keep in stock they can usually order it though special orders to require prepay and a two-week wait well worth it though if it's something you're looking for on a regular basis. The employees here are always very helpful and friendly. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they are frequently out of crickets since COVID started. I love that they match Amazon's and Chewy's prices.
