The staff is good nice friendly and professional, they make you feel comfortable. The institute is nice & clean with good equipment. Heather Parker stood out the most, she is very caring, knowledgeable, & really shows interest in your thoughts, concerns, & doubts etc she takes time to make sure you understand what's going on & gives you options for what's best for you without the greed & worry of losing a customer as some places do. Heather Parker TRULY goes above & beyond literally to insure her patients safety ,happiness & health.

I can’t say enough great things about Jessica! She is very knowledgeable and an absolute pro at her job... She exemplifies great customer service... she answered every question or concern that I had.. I appreciated the fact that she wanted to make sure I understood everything about the procedure and that I felt comfortable... I will be referring all my friends and family to her at this office!

My appointment was at 9:30. They asked to show up 15 mins early with my new patient paper work already filled out. I did that, but at 10:15 I’m still waiting in the patient room. The Dr. (Sharon) never came in. The assistant popped in once and said sorry for the wait, 15 mins later still nothing. I had other commitments for the day, which I why I chose an early appointment. So I left. They offered no apology, phone call, anything. The absolute worst professionalism I’ve seen. I chose them for an elective procedure over a similar Physician because they were closer. My mistake and a waste of time. I would hands down NEVER recommend this office.

Wonderful place to go and relax. Treated fantastic. The facial was relaxing and the atmosphere was great!

Staff is great, facility is clean and tidy, and prices are reasonable.
