The Nurses are the best quality nurses out there! They have a highly trained medical staffs and they treat everyone as family.

I spoke with a polite polite and intake personnel. Unfortunately, I do have symptoms of covid-19 such as loss of taste and smell and headache and fever the day before yesterday and only way providence allows you to get tested is if you own or have a vehicle. Apparently the poor/homeless are out of the equation of general health, safety and testing for the corona virus. I live in public housing and I cannot afford a vehicle.

Everyone was so caring & friendly -- from the doctors & nurses, CNAs & nurse leaders to the food servers to the cleaners & everyone in between. Although my husband's stay was longer than anticipated, the doctors were cautious about letting him go home -- we live 3 hours east of Portland -- & waited until his white blood cell count had returned to normal before releasing him. I appreciate that so much. Thank you, Providence staff, for turning what could have been a heartbreaking experience into a happy one.

Not very happy. Nurses and doctors are rude to the other staff who give them supplies and a patient called for help the staff are literally talking and laughing with each other and no one is helping the guy as he is moaning in pain. Pretty sad and rude. I wasn’t going to do a review but this is out of hand. It’s not humane to be rude to people you are supposed to help, and rude to the people who supply you. Without both of them you would not have a job!
