Established as a new patient today! The staff was amazing, friendly, efficient, and even humorous during these difficult times. I saw Dr. Diana Gill MD and was impressed by her knowledge and skills. She even offered some insight on resources available and discussed all options to best suit my needs. Doctor visits make me a little nervous, but her personality really helps ease any nerves. I highly recommend her and will be going back to this clinic from now on!

In my experience, there was a huge disconnect between the provider (who was an MD) and the cost of care. I came in for a routine preventative procedure that I had had there before. However, I was on medicaid before. This time, there was no discussion about how much this would cost me. The doctor seemed to not understand that patients have to pay for procedures, at least partially. There were two high administrative fees included in my bill and no warning. I would have appreciated a heads up about how much this facility would charge for a routine preventative procedure and to be able to speak with the business office about this after.

Really not a big fan of the staff I've seen so far. I am only going here because my doctor has switched to this clinic so I wanted to establish care here before she switched over. I have had 4 miscarriages and almost delivered my now 13 year old son at 28 weeks, and was met with several eye rolls while explaining this to the second midwife who refused to check my cervix. It's been quite frustrating to drive 40 minutes to be met with attitude and a blood pressure check before being rushed out the door

The care I received when I was pregnant with my first baby was great and I really wanted to come here for my care with my second child but I moved out of state thank you guys.

First pregnancies can be challenging and stressful. I'm glad my wife and I picked Jennifer V. Jackson, MD. She's very professional and stood by us til our baby was born. At first we had our doubts mostly due to frequent calls from the staff to relay information, and or pressuring us to book appointment even when it appeared the appointments were not necessary. Worst still, they tried many times to force us to see a nurse even though we made it clear that we wanted an MD. Occasionally our test results were notnuploaded to our profile and if we didn't see our doctor, we didn't know the test results. After talking with Dr. Jackson, it seemed like a lot changed and she became even more attentive to our needs. As luck will have it, Dr. Jackson was on call when our son was born. Her bed side manners were fantastic and thanks to her proficiency, our son was born in less than 30 minutes from when my wife started pushing. Overall I'll give her a 4 star and recommend her to anyone.
