I met with Dr. Yamauchi as a follow up to come concerns around my son's heart health. She is professional, knowledgeable and provided us with immediate feedback on some of our results (additonal results to come after monitoring). The entire experience, from reception to checkout, was positive. The team has a well run organization with great staff. Thank you!!
Dr. Hoyer is an extremely talented cardiologist. Unfortunately, he relocated to Alaska. Quite frankly, I’m not surprised. His replacement , Dr. Urbanelli also seems very qualified and caring. Unfortunately, access to long -term care is extremely limited. Chronic over scheduling is a problem and it takes at least five months to get in. If my daughter needed urgent care it would have to be from the emergency room. The front office is a hot mess. Refuses to schedule appointments when we can make it. Refuses to return calls, EVER. The Physicians and surgeons are brilliant and talented. The continuing care model post surgery is absolutely not a priority. I recommend you switch follow up care after the surgery.
My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Le Gras' for 13 years. He saved her life and has given her the highest level of skilled care for 13 years. His concern for her well being goes beyond his cardiology specialty and has aided in her growth and development as we navigated through feeding problems, physical and occupational therapy, and allergies to medications. I would never take her elsewhere and highly recommend this cardiology group. We have interacted with all of the physicians in this office, whether it be on rounds or for specialty procedures. They are at the cutting edge of technology and always spend as much time with us as needed. Their response time to phone calls and questions always exceeds my expectations. Their office staff has also helped me navigate insurance issues also.
Nice folks and the receptionist is hot.
Dr. Hoyer and the staff gave excellent care of my newborn son who was born with PDA and ASD. He is doing just fine!
